PowerStep® Step Challenge Questions

When do I need to submit my steps by?

Each week of the challenge has a designated tracking period and submission window — be sure to log your steps within the dates listed below.

  • Week 1: By Friday 5/8 at 11:59PM EST (Steps for dates 5/1-5/7)
  • Week 2: By Friday 5/15 at 11:59PM EST (Steps for dates 5/8-5/14)
  • Week 3: By Friday 5/22 at 11:59PM EST (Steps for dates 5/15-5/21)
  • Week 4: By Friday 5/29 at 11:59PM EST (Steps for dates 5/22-5/28)
What happens if I miss the submission window?

Steps must be logged weekly by the weekly deadline to stay qualified for your reward tier.

Can I log steps daily instead of weekly?

You can track your steps daily using your device, but submissions should be entered as a total for the full week.

Can I edit my steps after submitting?

Once your steps are submitted, they cannot be changed.

Double-check your total before submitting to make sure it’s accurate.

Do I have to log every week to participate?

All four weekly logs must be submitted by the weekly deadline to earn your reward from your reward tier.

How will I know which reward tier I fall under based on sign-up order?

Tier assignments will not be disclosed until after the Challenge concludes. Final placement is determined based on sign-up order among participants who successfully meet all challenge requirements, including completing weekly step logs. If participants ahead of you do not meet these requirements, you may move up in the reward tier order accordingly.

When will I receive my reward coupon?

Upon successful completion of the challenge and verification of all requirements, your reward coupon code will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
