Work well

Q&A

Can these be used in conjunction with the Pinnacle Low for extra heel support? I like the heel wedge on the Pinnacle Maxx, but the arch feels a little too high.
Hi Jacob, The heel wedges are to give height. They are not for correcting overpronation. I do not think these will be the right product for you. We do not have an insole that offers both a low arch and the slanted heel post. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
These do not cover entire heel width in my shoes and seem bit small. Do I center them in the heel section or put against the side of the shoe? Thank you
Hello Dennis, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! These should fit comfortably against shoe, centered. It sounds like you would need a size regular. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. 888-236-3778 Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
I recently ordered 2 degree heel wedge large-pair. (order 1554230) I received these and they seem to work I want another pair. Your website won't let me order the large size. Why? When will they be available?
Hi Nelson, These will be back into stock in the next couple days. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
How tall is the back portion of the wedge?
Hello lmay, Thank you for your question! The Men's 3-8/Women's 5-10 is 0.135" thick at the thickest part. The Men's 9-14/Women's 11+ is 0.145" thick at the thickest part. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
