"Compared to my old favorite (a CVS / New Balance co-branded thing) the PowerStep sandal has much firmer, more defined support zones; in fact, it's mildly uncomfortable to wear for long periods when breaking it in -- but the level of pain relief it brings me, and the noticeable difference in my stride, has me convinced that it's the best option for me. Even three times the cost of my old favorite, its efficacy and its smaller profile make it a winner."

"Sent them back, the refund was prompt and return was no hassle. For the product: it felt like the support for the metatarsals where they connect to the toe bones was in the wrong spot, not shaped like the power step insoles. I could find them sometimes comfortable and sometimes not, but even when they started out comfortable they started to ache after a couple hours wearing them around the house. This does not happen with the insoles."

"Though I do really like all other PowerStep products this Slide Sandal is not one I would recommend. The top of this slide sandal is adjustable but it was still uncofortable and rubbed against the top of my foot and even created a blister that broke the skin. I would suggest the slippers or other toe-style sandal as both get 5 stars from me."
"I have had three pair of the previous design slides and expected the same comfort from this new pair. They still have the same great platform but the strap that goes over top of your foot is so far forward that the slides just flop up and down on the heel when walking. Sending them back."
