"I was diagnosed as having plantar fasciitis. A specialists recommended this insole. I took about six weeks off running, and used them on my run. I didn't have any pain after the 10 mile run, but I had the pinching sensation afterwards. I'm also flat footed, so I think I'll try the flat foot insole. Apparently being flat footed can cause fasciitis."
"These insoles are amazing. My feet feel better then ever. I suffer from plantar fascists and was recommended these. Best choice i ever made."

"I love the insoles. They fit well and were comfortable right away. On the other hand, they were a week late and the box was smashed and re-taped."
"Really uncomfortable. Nearly painful to wear. Hard/rigid plastic with almost no cushioning. Im sure it would help somebody, but was just awful for me."
"I had plantar fasciitis for years and tried Dr. Scholl’s, ice packs, stretching, heat packs but nothing really made a difference except these. Highly recommended."
"The ones with more support seem to be better for my feet. I didn’t get the relief I was expecting for my plantar fasciitis."
