"I have arthritis in my right big toe only. As a result, I need good arch support and to keep the toe from moving much when I walk. I've tried carbon titanium inserts plus doctor recommended arch support inserts. They worked, as long as there was enough toe room for two inserts. This all in one is much more convenient and comfortable."
"The arch was too much for me personally so I tried as recommended but ended up returning (easy process) because I was getting ankle roll. The toe was definitely experiencing less movement but if only this version was crossed with the pinnacle low arch would be a better fit for my personal needs."
"I ordered these after they were recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. I had bunion surgery 7 months ago and was told these would be good for hiking. I tried them yesterday for the first time (fortunately just a short couple of miles) and I was in so much pain after the first few steps. By the end of the walk I was hobbling on both feet; when I took my shoes off the pressure had caused the bottoms of my toes and part of the balls of my feet to go numb. Thankfully I didn't test them on a full day hike."
"I’m 31 and already have the early stages of arthritis due to an injury in my big toe when I was a teenager. The packaging says they can provide significant relief of pain in two weeks, but for me they helped IMMEDIATELY, and they help a lot. I immediately felt far more confident in my ability to walk without pain. These are different from normal orthotics (which never helped me much) because of the carbon fiber insert. I highly recommend these for people with arthritis. Will probably buy a couple more pairs as backups."
