"At first I was going to send these back they were way to firm, but I hadn't given them a fair try. Put them in a Hoka Clifton 10, silly right ? I'm in retail and stand on concrete floors, so I need the cushion but support at the same time. As a woman I have flat feet, plantar fashi. and thin boney feet, plus 5th metatarsal bone pain. So gave these another try adding the Hoke insert on top helped the 5th met pain and helped me break in the insoles, now I love these !! I'm glad I didn't send them back."

How long to use before you need to get a new pair?
Hi Lori! We recommend replacing your insoles when you begin to notice a decrease in comfort or support. Several factors affect the wear of the product, such as activity, usage and foot structure, but under normal casual wear, your PowerStep insoles should last 6 months or longer. You can expect the product life to be significantly shorter if you wear the same pair daily or wear during rigorous activity such as running. PowerStep insoles are designed using the highest quality cushioning foams and supportive materials possible, but even these high-quality materials will break down over time with extended wear and tear.​
Hello. I have a pair of HIKE barefoot shoes that I wear as a nurse working 12 hour shifts (standing and walking constantly). Would these insoles be best? I have been having mid foot pain after my shifts and when I wake up in the mornings. Thank you.

Will your standard width insoles fit a EE shoe.

While the standard width insoles are not designed to fit an EE shoe, we do have PowerStep Pinnacle Wide insoles that are designed to fit wider shoe sizes and provide cushioned relief for work: https://powerstep.com/products/pinnacle-wide-fit-insoles If you have tight-fitting work shoes, our 3/4 insole sizes will also fit a wide shoe, providing the necessary support while leaving room in the wide toe box. Hello. One question 1st. Do your ankles roll inward? If so than you need a heel post on the back.. So would go with the Pulse Maxx 5037-01. If not the then the Pulse Performance 5007-01. Thank you
