"Two things this item needs: placement instructions that are better written. 2. Slicker silicone. Once it is in place on the insole or in the shoe, the silicone has a tendency to grab your sock as the foot attempts to slide over this device and into proper place in the shoe. This creates wrinkling in the sock. The only way to avoid it that I have found is to completely unlace the shoe, insert foot and then replace the shoe. I eventually put some slick tape on top of the device so my foot would slide over it better, but still not satisfied with that result either."
"purchased metatarsal pads to alleviate pain from Morton's Neuroma. They are definitely helping with the pain. They stay stuck on my high arch insoles, which I also really like."
"These worked fantastic. Make sure to line them to shape of foot before sticking them to the sole. Other than that very helpful"
"Good accessories to have"
"Unable to use just made it worse"
"These seemed like good cushioning, but I could not remove them from my shoes without them ripping. You should use sticky that makes them removable."
"Never would buy these pads again. They literally fall apart trying to get them off your shoe insert. I bought some off of Amazon. . a 12 pack and can get them off very easy and cheaper than 2 pads from this company. Very Disappointed and a waste of my money."
"Great!"
"The directions need to be rewritten for application of these cushions. You state to put the cushions "behind" the ball of the foot. Behind??? So I slid them down behind the ball of the foot on my insole. Uncomfortable especially on one side. I tried to remove the cushion to adjust it, but the cushion tore and I had to just toss it. At my PT appt a few days later, my physical therapist told me I had it in wrong and it should be placed UNDER the ball of the foot. He put 2 new pads on and placed them on the underside of my insoles. Much better!!"
