"I have high arches and Plantar Fasciitis where the tendons attach the front of the heel bone in my left foot. These insoles feel great on my right foot, but my left foot seems to have a slightly lower arch which caused the insoles to put pressure on one spot toward the back of my arch and it hurt after a few hours.
