I can walk again
"I’ve been using these now a little over a month and I can tell a world of difference in my feet. I went from only being able to walk 2,000 to 3000 steps a day to now walking 8 to 10,000 steps a day and it took a little while for me to feel some improvement maybe a couple of weeks but I can tell a difference. I did the break-in recommendations and increased the time each day by an hour that I was wearing them until I could comfortably wear them all day long. I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months before this, and had even tried another brand of insole before this that didn’t work well. I’m so glad I ordered them."

- Hi there! Our smallest Pinnacle Pink size measures 9.6" in length and typically fits a women’s 6–6.5. Our orthotics can be trimmed up to about half an inch, and because shoe sizing can vary by brand, we recommend measuring your shoe’s factory insole to see if our Size A might be a good match for you.
- Do I remove the insole in my shoes and replace with the power step inserts or do I supplement my insoles with the inserts?
