Pain reliever

"I was having constant pain in my feet until I got these. I went to the doctors the first time and they told me that it was plantar fasciitis. I had to go back a second and they told me that it was the arch support, to buy these. This is what I needed all along."

"I am shocked at how effectively these work! I have been dealing with excruciating heel pain for weeks. I slipped these into a pair of sneakers that I wore for the past 2 days with a lot of pain. With these inserts I felt zero pain. I’m going to wear them again tomorrow to make sure it’s not all in my mind. But I am really pleased and will buy more for other shoes."

Q&A

I have a plantar faciitis and hyper-mobile joint. I play pickleball. Would pulse maxx or pulse performance be more suitable
Hi Asher! PULSE Maxx is designed for those who overpronate (leaning in of the ankles). We'd also suggest taking a look at our Dynamic Ankle Support Sock. This is a great option for individuals who need some support due to hypermobility.
For my 8 year old kid that wears size 7 youth, that should be the same as size 7 in men’s, correct? He suffers from pes plains and therefore obvious ankle pronation. We’ve been buying actual custom orthotics that podiatry tells us to. Yes, it’s truly customized, and they are $300 dollars each time. To put it in his basketball shoes, should we get Pulse Maxx. And can we cut and trim the edges if needed?
Hi Fred, yes that is correct. We also have size measurements listed on our product pages if you'd like to verify before ordering.
Low arch/overpronation issues. Wondering what might be best for basketball shoes (used only for playing basketball)
Hi Mark, we'd recommend our PULSE Maxx and highly recommend following our break-in period. We recommend using PowerStep 1 hour the first day, followed by 1 additional hour per day for 5 days, and if that is comfortable you may wear them full-time. Sometimes, it takes 2 weeks to work up to full-day duration.
Does this add or reduce to shoe’s heel to toe drop height?
Hello Saikumar. Thank you for reaching out! The angled heel wedge in the PowerStep PULSE Maxx insoles sits at the same height as our standard insoles, which have a heel-to-toe drop of 1.5mm. Depending on the shoe type/fit, the wedge may sit slightly higher than that, but it will be very minimal. We hope this helps!
I have been using the power max pinnacle breeze insert but do not find this style what would be comparable ?
Hello Donna. Thank you for reaching out. We discontinued the Breeze line of insoles, however the comparable option would be the PowerStep PULSE Maxx insoles. They offer the same overpronation control and ultra breathable, high-performance support. Thanks again for your question!
