Arch is way too high for me but I love your return policy!

"There needs to be a better way to determine which arch height is the right fit. I did the wet paper test and I couldn't tell if I had a high arch or a medium arch. I bought the high arch and after just one day it was way too high. I returned it and bought the medium arch and after a couple days, again it was too high. So now, I'm returning it and trying the low arch. At this point, I measured the height of the arch of my custom orthotics and it's somewhere between the the height of the low and medium Powerstep arch. I plan to give it a try, but may end up returning it for a refund. Perhaps you need to have a fourth choice in arch heights, but I am thankful for your now questions asked return policy with free return shipping."

"I’ve been going through a list of different insoles that I’m finding all over socialist media and out of what I purchased so far these are by far the best. I honestly don’t remember ordering two pair but that’s what I got. I got a pair of the pinnacles High, arch support and a pair of the hikers which are a little bit lower of support and I am not sure. which I like better some days I like the High, support and then other days the camouflage hikers feel like a glove. They’re just amazing so yeah I’m pretty happy I only give four stars because the ones that were prescribed were the pinnacles high arch support but I find the camouflage ones for the most part more comfortable so. One star off because the recommendation may not have been accurate. Additionally, I’ve only been wearing them for how long has it been since I ordered these maybe two or three weeks? And I almost feel like there’s a very good possibility that the High, arch supports may break in little bit and become my more favorite, but as it is now it’s a real tossup with the camouflage hikers just edging out the pinnacle high arch by like a nose or a toenail. Let’s say a toenail. lol. Oh, and PS I do have an extremely high arch."

My pain is gone!

"My podiatrist recommended the normal powerstep insoles to relieve joint pain I was experiencing within the ball of my right foot. The pain only appears when hiking downhill. After a couple of weeks using the basic insoles (in both hiking shoes), the pain in the right foot joint was about 80% less. Hi. The size hiker insert I want (10-10.5) can’t be sent to my address. My question is why is it the only size that can’t be shipped to an address in the Unites States?

Does the hiker insert come in a high arch model? I currently use the pinnacle high arch in my shoe and want to get an insert for my hiking shoe since the pinnacle seems to be helping relieve my plantar fascia issues
Hello Dave! Thank you for your question. While the Hiker insole is not available in a high arch model, we do often recommend it to people with high arches because it shares a similar shell to the Pinnacle High and has more cushioning. Of course, you can still use a Pinnacle High insole while hiking, it might just wear out sooner due to the increase in activity. We hope this helps!
How do I know when I need a new pair of pinnacle hiker inserts?
Hello Lori. Thank you for reaching out. If you notice any loss of comfort or support from your PowerStep Hiker insoles, we recommend you replace them. PowerStep insoles are designed to last 6 months or longer under normal wear, so if you hike often, then you may need to replace them sooner rather than later. We hope this helps!

Yes the arch support will help.. a lot of times a Metatarsal built in will help also. Take a look at the Pulse Pulse
I do a lot of hiking on rugged, rocky trails in Arizona. My Merrell Moab 2 hikers don't do a good job of protecting the soles of my feet from you sharp rocks I constantly encounter. Would the hiker insoles help provide more protection? I am a long time user of powerstep products but don't have any experience with this particular model.
