Reviews

Made a huge difference

"I've been suffering with pain in the ball of my foot for about five months. My podiatrist suggested I try the PowerStep Run Plus insoles, and they instantly relieved the pain in my foot."

Dmassietx (5/5)

Wasn’t sure at first try

"When I first tried them out I wasn’t sure, they were different than the previous inserts I was wearing. After a few days of wearing them they are great now. I love the extra cushion and support."

BRENDA J. (5/5)

Really helps!

"After much research, I decided to purchase these inserts and I am very pleased with them! They helped my plantar fasciitis and I even ordered a second pair and a set for my partner. I can tell the difference in my overall alignment and cushioning. I've also referred them to others!"

Leanne P. (5/5)

Perfect for Soccer

"I ordered these to wear in my soccer shoes since I developed a Morton's neuroma and they work perfectly."

Dianna H. (5/5)

PowerStep Pulse Plus Mets

"These really help protect my metatarsals and neuromas. I no longer get the ball of foot numbness or feeling of a wad of something between my toes."

Connie D. (5/5)

Forefoot pain gone

"After a 7-mile hike resulted in balls-of-my-feet pain, I remembered a podiatrist's recommendation from many years ago to use PowerStep inserts. This pair totally changed how my feet felt in athletic shoes and alleviated any trace of pain."

George (5/5)

"So far they’ve been doing me good I didn’t notice I bought the ones for running shoes. I meant to get the ones for work boots but the ball of my foot. The pain has decreased by at least 50% for sure usually 6 to 7 hours into my 10 or 12 hour day on my feet all day. The ball of my foot is so sore now I can make it at least 10 hours before I start feeling any pain so I would say worth the purchase to me, but I will be buying the ones for work boots. I think they might make a better difference."

Don’t Hesitate

"I’ve been wearing PowerStep insoles for years now, but this was the first time I had tries the PowerStep Pulse Plus. I’m very happy with my purchase. After years of suffering from metatarsalgia, finally an insole with arch support and added cushioning for my ball of foot pain! I’ll be buying more of these."

Brenda D. (5/5)

Feels good, relieves pain.

"I have been using PowerStep for several years by now and bought these specifically for playing Pickleball. I like them. They are a bit firmer, providing the extra support needed while running around."

Q&A

I have purchased the Power Plus insole and appreciate it for the exceptional cushioning, but I also need a metatarsal pad. Does the Power Step Pinnace Plus have the same extra cushioning as the Power Pulse, in addition to the metatarsal pad?
Hello Penny. Thank you for reaching out. Both the PowerStep Pinnacle Plus and the PowerStep PULSE Plus insoles have a built-in metatarsal pad. Both insoles also feature two layers of cushioning, however the PULSE Plus insoles feature our ShockAbsorb cushioning that may feel more springy since it’s designed for exercise but can be worn daily. We hope this answers your question!
When can I buy size of Women's 6-6.5?
Hello Emma. The women's size 6 to 6.5 (A) should now be available. Thank you!
i wear 8.5 to 9 What size should i get? 8.0 to 8.5 or 9.0 to 9.5
Hello Christine. Thank you for your question! You should choose the insole size that matches the shoes you plan to wear them in. So, if your shoes are a size 9, then you would choose the women's size 9 - 9.5. Thanks again!
I have pronation and no cartilage left in my metatarsal bone area, more so on the right foot than the left. I have been wearing the Powerstep Pinnacle. Is there an insole that might be even better?
Hello Helene B. Thank you for your question! The PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met insoles have a metatarsal pad for additional cushioning under the balls of the feet along with the same signature arch support of your PowerStep Pinnacle insoles. We recommend you try the PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met insoles for help with pronation and ball of foot pain, found here: https://powerstep.com/products/pinnacle-plus-met-insoles The PowerStep PULSE Plus insoles are our athletic version used for running or tennis shoes. We hope this helps!
Because of my foot issues (neuroma) + a wide foot, I wear a men’s size 8 in running sneakers. But I’m generally an 8.5 in women’s everyday shoes/sneakers. the sizes seem off to men’s 6-6.5 /women’s 8-8.5 & men’s 8-8.5/women’s 10. So I’m torn as to which size to choose especially since you don’t offer wide width
Hello, If you wear a women's 8-8.5 then get the "C" for the Pulse Met. Thank you
