Both insoles also feature two layers of cushioning, however the PULSE Plus insoles feature our ShockAbsorb cushioning that may feel more springy since it’s designed for exercise but can be worn daily. - Because of my foot issues (neuroma) + a wide foot, I wear a men’s size 8 in running sneakers. But I’m generally an 8.5 in women’s everyday shoes/sneakers. the sizes seem off to men’s 6-6.5 /women’s 8-8.5 & men’s 8-8.5/women’s 10. So I’m torn as to which size to choose especially since you don’t offer wide width
