- Is there any way to soften the toe strap on the sandal. The fit is otherwise perfect, but that strap is very uncomfortable.

If the fit is otherwise perfect, there are a couple of things you can try to help make the toe post more comfortable during the break-in period. • Flex & Massage: The toe post can feel a little firm at first. Gently bending, rolling, and massaging the toe post by hand can help soften the weave and make it more flexible over time. • Anti-friction balm: Applying a small amount to the inner seam of the toe post can help smooth the material and reduce friction in that area. Many customers find that the material becomes more comfortable with wear, but if you continue to experience discomfort, please let us know and we'd be happy to help further!

The PowerStep men’s orthotic slippers do not have additional toe support for turf toe, but the arch and heel cradle can help prevent pronation and redistribute pressure to relieve pain. The straps should be low enough on the foot as to not cause any additional pressure outside the big toe joint, either. We hope this helps! - Are your men’s sandals wider than your women’s or do you carry wide width? If I wear an 11 in women’s, what size do I get in men’s.
- Hello Staci. Thank you for your question. All our sandal designs are based on standard width and are not currently available in wide width. The thong strap is flexible and does allow for some extra room. A women’s size 11 is equal to a men’s size 9.5/10. Therefore, we would recommend either the women’s size 11 or the men’s size 10. We hope this helps!
