Lower Leg Performance Sleeves

"I bought these after experiencing a good deal of swelling in my lower legs following a car accident. These sleeves were very helpful but I think I should have bought a size medium. The mediiums were sold out however so I bought a size small. They were a little tight but did help with reducing some of the swelling."

Excellent Support!

"PowerStep continues to impress! My running shoes are full of PowerStep inserts and with a nagging tibia issue, I have begun wearing calf support sleeves as I train. This is a genuine clinical-grade product offering strong support! I made the mistake of purchasing some "calf-support" sleeves from a very well known brand ... that are junk. I have ripped more than one just putting them on. You couldn't rip one of these PowerStep sleeves if you tried. Stick with the experts for the support and relief that is needed!!"

Keira K.

"I did not like these so I returned them. The company processed my return quickly & credited me back my money quickly too as well."

I had a long flight

"I had a long flight I used these for and they were perfect. They did what they are supposed to do and made me more comfortable."

Best calf sleeves

"I have tried Tommie Copper calf sleeves in the past and they don’t even compare to these. I have an old injury from tearing my calf muscle a few years back and these give the much needed support for an active, every day step aerobic routine. Without these I wouldn’t be able to do step aerobics."

Top Quality & Fit!

"I knew that PowerStep made the best insoles ... and I've learned to go to them first for all things mobility and lower extremity!! I'm dealing with a stress reaction in my right tibia from overtraining and this sleeve provides support and relief -- I will be wearing this during my first Boston Marathon in 3 weeks!"
