Great orthotic for heritage boots
"I bought these for my Red Wing Roughneck boots. I have high arches, plantar fasciitis and heel spurs so wearing heritage boots with a leather insole is impossible for me. This orthotic is thin enough that I can wear with these kind of boots and shoes and alleviates any discomfort I would have because of the support and cushioning without making my boots tight. I have tried a lot of 3/4 orthotics but so far I like this the best and would buy again."

- Hello, Pinnacle is a brand name for one of the series of insoles that we have. Unfortunately we do not currently have a Narrow insole. You can trim the "toe box" area but not back into the arch or heels. So you could try to see if that would work for you. Thank you for reaching out.
