"I love these! This is my fourth pair. I like them better than my custom orthotics. They hold up well and fit in all my shoes. I have the smaller ones for loafers and dress shoes and they fit great. I wear these anytime I am going to be on my feet or walk and they have been the right support to keep my plantar fasciitis in check. I walk two miles each day on a treadmill and they really support my feet."

- I just bought a pair of your insoles with my Hoka walking shoes at “A Snail’s Pace” in La Habra, CA and I want to buy additional insoles from your company (I purchased Pinacle E; part # 5005-01E; lot number REM193260). On the front of the box it says, “Relief of Plantar Fasciitis; Mild to Moderate Pronation; Foot, arch + heel pain; sore aching feet. Can you tell me which of your arch supports on your website is exactly the same so I can purchase more? I tried looking at pictures of the boxes on your website but there were different “relief” items listed in the pictures, which is why I’m checking with you. Thank you!

- How do you cut to fit shoes
- Hi Ann! Actually our Pinnacle and PULSE series are designed to cut to fit - these are both made to order to fit your shoe size. If you find you do need to trim slightly, they can be trimmed up to 1/4" and we'd suggest using your shoe's factory insole as a guide.
