PowerStep® Morton’s Extension insoles offer full-length support and cushioning with a carbon fiber plate to reduce pain and stabilize the big toe joint. Along with PowerStep’s signature arch shape that cradles the arch and heel, Morton’s Extension insoles help treat discomfort from bunions, hallux rigidus/limitus, sesamoiditis, arthritis, turf toe, and other conditions affecting the MTP (big toe) joint. Built-in arch support and two layers of plush cushioning deliver the perfect balance of comfort and support, encouraging healthy alignment and limiting stress on the feet, ankles, joints, and tendons. Both left and right insole includes carbon fiber stability plate.
Feet with neutral arches naturally pronate when walking, where the feet and ankles roll slightly inward, placing pressure on the bigger toes and inside of the foot. Neutral arches need stable, yet flexible arch support for shock absorption and proper alignment. Meanwhile, conditions that affect the big toe joint and cause pain, stiffness, or discomfort require added stability to reduce painful movement especially post-surgery.
By combining premium cushioning with the clinically proven PowerStep arch shape and a carbon fiber stability plate, the PowerStep Morton’s Extension insoles are a trusted solution to improve foot function from heel to toe while preventing and relieving pain from common foot conditions caused by mild to moderate pronation.
Mild to moderate pronation can cause: Plantar Fasciitis; Achilles Tendonitis; Arch & heel pain; Ankle, knee, hip & back pain; Shin splints; Bunions; Heel spurs; Hammer & claw toes; Calluses & corns
Ideal shoe type: Intended for footwear where the factory insoles can be removed and designed for shoes such as Athletic (Walking/Running), Work, & Casual Dress Shoes
Proper care: Spot clean with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air dry.
