It's annoying how it slides away so I have to continually drag it back to where I want it to sit, it just doesn't stretch the ligament as much as a wall or towel stretch, and I find rolling a ball under my foot helps more."

- Will the ultra flex rocker help with metatarsalgia?
- Hi Marge, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! In your case, I do not think our foot rocker would help as much as is needed. The rocker is more to stretch the arch, tendons, lower leg area. A great exercise for you to try would be toe crunches. Put a towel on the floor and lift the towel with your toes. You may also want to try an insole with a built in metatarsal pad.
