Unwearable

"The sling part is fine and a nice gentle stretch but the sock itself is one width the entire way up - the part that goes up to your calf is like a tourniquet and painfully tight, not wider than the ankle part. Was so uncomfortable I lasted about an hour before ripping it off. Makes no sense design-wise. Save the money"

"I really like this sock. It’s so much better than the boot. Only thingis the strap at top can cut off circulation if to put it too tight."

Q&A

How tight do you need to pull the toe strap? My box did not have any instruction booklet with it.
Hi Rick, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! You would pull the strap just enough to feel the stretch. Once you feel the stretch, you can secure the strap. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us 888-237-3668 Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
Tried several night splints and after a couple nights I am sold on this product. Straps are too long though... can I trim them?
Hello Ben, It is not recommended to trim down the strap. In doing that, you may lose where the velcro needs to stick and the strap will no longer work. Thank you, PowerStep - Customer Service
How do you clean night sock?
Hello, Those may be put into the washer and air dried. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service
