If you purchased the item directly from PowerStep.com, please contact customer service at 1-888-237-3668. Counterfeit PowerStep products or items purchased from unauthorized resellers on websites like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. are not covered under our Warranty or Satisfaction Guarantee.
