May Step Challenge – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the May Step Challenge (“Challenge”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the sponsor may be ineligible at the sponsor’s discretion.
Only one submission per person is permitted; multiple email addresses may not be used and will not be counted.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Each participant is eligible to receive one (1) reward upon successful completion of the Challenge.
Reward tier placement is determined based on the order in which participants sign up.
Tier assignments will not be disclosed until after the Challenge concludes.
Rewards:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged or substituted
- May not be resold, bartered, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted
- Are valid toward the purchase of one pair of PowerStep^® insoles, and exclude ProTech^® and clearance items
Reward coupon codes will be distributed via email on or before June 5, 2026, and will expire on September 4, 2026.

The sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or misused reward codes.

Participants must complete all four (4) weeks of the Challenge.
Weekly step logs must be submitted via the official form by the stated weekly deadline.
Submission forms will be distributed via email reminders.
Failure to submit any weekly log by the deadline may result in disqualification from receiving a reward.
The sponsor reserves the right to:

Verify all submitted activity data
Request additional documentation or clarification
Disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading submissions

By registering, you consent to receive email communications from PowerStep® related to the Challenge and promotional offers.
Participants must remain subscribed to email communications throughout the duration of the Challenge to maintain eligibility for rewards.
Unsubscribing prior to the completion of the Challenge may result in disqualification from reward eligibility.

Reward codes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at registration.
Once received, reward codes are immediately available for use.
Product orders placed using reward codes will be processed and shipped in accordance with standard fulfillment and shipping timelines.
The sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or external factors beyond its control.

Participation in the Challenge involves physical activity and is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or activity program.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are physically capable of safely participating in the Challenge
You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other health complications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the sponsor disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Challenge.

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to website outages, email delivery issues, or form submission errors
Unauthorized access to or alteration of participant submissions or data

In no event shall the sponsor’s total liability exceed the value of the reward offered.

By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information, including contact details and activity data, for the purposes of:

Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the sponsor’s privacy policy.
The sponsor will not sell participant personal information to third parties but may share data with service providers as necessary to operate the Challenge (e.g., email platforms, fulfillment vendors).
Participants may request access to or deletion of their data where required by law, subject to Challenge administration needs.

Modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason, including but not limited to operational issues, fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances
Update these Terms & Conditions at its discretion

In the event of cancellation, the sponsor may, at its discretion, determine reward eligibility based on completed portions of the Challenge.

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of rewards.
The sponsor may issue tax documentation if required by law.

By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Challenge may result in disqualification.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the sponsor regarding the Challenge.
