"I bought these and when they arrived I didn't read the instructions. Basically I put these in my work shoes for a 10 hour day. During my shift, which I am on my feet on cement floors I could feel, for lack of a better word-- my bad foot becoming aligned, no longer feeling like a rolled ankle, it did ache. Through a little aches and little pain by the time I got home I had no more pain at all in my right foot, leg or knee. My left leg felt good, and my foot pain became centralized to just a corner of the foot. The area were I broke my foot back in '83. This insert has changed my life.
