Reviews

These inserts were recommended by

"These inserts were recommended by my chiropractor and they have made a huge difference with my feet. I am a teacher, so I am constantly on my feet. I have zero foot and knee pain now. The quality is superior and does the job better than the inserts I paid $150. 00 from an podiatrist. I will definitely purchase this product again!"

Only instep I use

"These Powerstep inserts were recommended to me by my podiatrist when I was dealing with a debilitating flare up of plantar fasciitis. Along with therapy, these inserts are allowing me to walk miles without pain. I NEVER wear a shoe without these inserts. They're worth the money. Buy them!"

Unfortunate

"Not great unfortunately, put these in my dress shoes but didn’t really feel much different then the original soles. Heels still send to get a lot of pain."

Jesus B. (1/5)

Best Insole!

"Whether you think you need these Insoles. . . trust me, it will be the best gift you've ever done for your feet. I started wearing these about 8 years ago from a foot doctor's office & have them in every sneakers, shoes & boots. Would never use anything else."

My go to orthotics

"I have been using PowerStep insoles ever since my podiatrist diagnosed me with Plantar Fasciitis. I can walk for miles in these."

Stacy V. (5/5)

New PowerStep Orthotics are as good as we remembered

"Three sets of new orthotics for daily wear in three different kinds of footwear, and they fit right in and give the support I require, and that I remember when I first bought orthotics, way too long ago. My PT person advised me to toss my old sets, and I did, and I’m glad I did."

UNBELIEVABLE

"I bought these and when they arrived I didn't read the instructions. Basically I put these in my work shoes for a 10 hour day. During my shift, which I am on my feet on cement floors I could feel, for lack of a better word-- my bad foot becoming aligned, no longer feeling like a rolled ankle, it did ache. Through a little aches and little pain by the time I got home I had no more pain at all in my right foot, leg or knee. My left leg felt good, and my foot pain became centralized to just a corner of the foot. The area were I broke my foot back in '83. This insert has changed my life. No more leg, back or foot pain. . . gone! No more swelling of my legs and feet when I get home. Amazing! Man, I forgot was it was without foot, leg and back pain every day!"

Not working for me

"I have tried to wear these insoles for several months and they are just not working for me. They seem to be causing pain in my arches as well as my hips. I thought they might break in but after several months, they seem worse, not better. I try to walk at least 30 minutes per day. I have them in a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS."

Q&A

I wear a women's 10 or 10.5, wide width. What size of the Original style insole should I purchase?
Hello Julie. Since you wear wide-width shoes, we do not recommend the Pinnacle Original. Instead, we recommend the Pinnacle Wide insoles: https://powerstep.com/products/pinnacle-wide-fit-insoles These are specifically made to fit wide-width shoes. A women’s size 10-10.5 is a size (E) in both styles.
I have damaged Achilles and I insoles recommended by a doctor. But I did not find exactly those on your site. Can I buy from you insoles with Mild to Moderate Pronation?
Hello, With a neutral arch you can go with the Pinnacle or the Pulse. Pinnacle is the everyday wear and the Pulse if more active wear. If you need help or want to help finding the one the doctor recommended. Give us a call at customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you have suggestions for Trendelenburg gait after hip surgery?
Hi Linda, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! If this affects your height difference on each leg, I recommend our ProTech Custom Post. You can change the height on each insole for the proper leg length. They will offer you great arch support and stability throughout. Here is the link for your reference: https://powerstep.com/products/protech-custompost-insoles Because these are our medical line, they do require an Rx code to view and purchase. You may use code cspt2022. I hope this information will be helpful. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
Hi, Can you tell me the difference between original and pinnacle?
Hi Audrey, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! The original is a thinner profile of the Pinnacle. Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
I have a high arch and I experience a lot of pain in my right heel. I can’t take out the soles to my shoes. Which product should I buy. I wear a size 12 in tennis shoes.
Hi Daniel, Thank you for reaching out to PowerStep! Because you cannot remove your shoe insoles, I recommend our Pinnacle Original insoles. These are a thinner profile with great arch and heel support. Here is a link for your reference: https://powerstep.com/products/original-insoles Thank you, PowerStep Customer Service Team
